  • Is a battery included in my purchase?

    • All EIGDAYHEATING apparel comes with a battery and charger. (Unless the item is an Apparel Only item) We also have replacement batteries available here!

  • Are the Clothes & Accessories fire-retardant?

    • At this time, our apparel is not fire retardant.

  • How do I carry my heated Clothes & Accessories?

    • Your Clothes & Accessories, battery & charging kit will be carefully packed into our EIGDAYHEATING bag. The carry bag is our little gift to you and can be used for storage, travel, or as a gift bag.

  • How long does the heating last?

    • The following heat times assume you have a fully-charged EIGDAYHEATING battery.
      For heated jackets and vests, the battery will last 2.5 hours on high, 4 hours on moderate, or 5 hours on low.
      For heated gloves and heated mittens, the battery will last 2.5 hours on high, 4 hours on moderate, or 5 hours on low.
      For heated hand warmer, the battery will last 4 hours on high, 5.5 hours on moderate, or 10 hours on low.
      For heated socks, the battery will last 4 hours on high, 6 hours on moderate, or 8 hours on low.
      The EIGDAYHEATING products you purchase are usually equipped with 2200mAh batteries. If you need more batteries, please contact us.

  • Are my Clothes & Accessories compatible with other batteries?

    • Nope. The EIGDAYHEATING battery is specifically designed and made for EIGDAYHEATING heated apparel. For safety concerns, you should only use the original EIGDAYHEATING battery. The EIGDAYHEATING battery is UL-certified. If you need additional batteries, you can find them here.
      Clothes & Accessories defects caused by batteries from other brands will not be covered by warranty.

  • What is EIGDAYHEATING’s warranty policy?

    • All new Savior heated gloves, vests, and other outerwear purchased on saviorheat.com come with a 1-year limited warranty on all batteries. Heated gloves, socks, and other accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

  • How warm is it on each heating setting?

    • The heating level can be adjusted by pressing the power button. Each press will cycle through the apparel’s temperature settings.
      High: 60°C/140°F
      Moderate: 50°C/122°F
      Low: 40°C/104°F
      *Tested at a room temperature of 25°C/77°F.

  • Can I slide my phone screen while wearing heated gloves?

    • Yes, the EIGDAYHEATING Gloves, are made with touch-screen compatible thumb. You can still use your phone without taking off the gloves.

  • Can I wear it while skiing?

    • Of course! EIGDAYHEATING glove/socks/clothing is made for indoor and outdoor activities in a cold climate. Our apparel is great for hiking, tailgating, motorcycle riding, fishing, and more!

  • Can I use the battery to power the gloves/socks or clothes while the battery is charging?

    • For safety reasons, please do not use the battery heating while charging.

  • Can I wash the heated Clothes & Accessories?

    • All EIGDAYHEATING Apparel is machine washable! Please read the provided instructions before washing.
      1. Disconnect and remove the battery from the zipper pocket.
      2. Make sure you put the connector cable back and close the zipper pocket.
      3. Place your clothes or glove/socks inside a mesh laundry bag.
      4. Machine-wash it. (No dry cleaning/Cold and gentle cycle/Do not bleach)
      5. Dry it. (Do not wring or twist/Line dry/Do not iron/Do not tumble dry)

  • What are the heating elements? Does it bother me while I'm wearing it?

    • Heating elements are made of carbon fiber to deliver the heat across Gloves/Socks/Clothes.
      You may feel the heating element blended in the layers when you carefully touch it, but when you wear it, it’s merely noticeable.

  • How can I cancel my last order?

    • Please contact us at support@saviorheat.com. Our customer service team member would help you with this issue. However, if the order is shipped, we may not be able to withdraw the shipment. You could reject the package upon delivery.

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    • An account is not required to place an order. You can checkout as a Guest, but setting up an account expedites the checkout process for future orders.

  • I forgot to use a discount. Can I get a refund for that?

    • We can refund the eligible discount amount of the orders that are placed within the valid period of the discount. You can reach out to our Customer Service team at support@saviorheat.com to get a discount amount refund.

  • My order is (repeatedly) canceled after I place the order. Why? Can you help?

    • I am afraid your purchase was automatically canceled due to fraud prevention. Please make sure your billing address is consistent with the shipping address. If it fails again with your credit cards, please try to pay via your PayPal.

  • Does EIGDAYHEATING have any physical stores?

    • No, EIGDAYHEATING does not have physical stores, but would welcome the chance to cooperate with local stores to provide EIGDAYHEATING heated apparel offline. If you are interested to carry SAVIORHEAT products in your stores. You can use the support@saviorheat.com Contact us and we will seriously consider cooperation.

  • I bought a heated glove last week but now the price is lower! Do you offer a price match guarantee?

    • Yes, we offer a 7-day price match on your purchase. If the price goes down over the 7 days after your purchase, we will refund the price difference for you. Please contact us at support@saviorheat.com with your order number and your claim for a price match.

  • How can I unsubscribe from receiving emails?

    • Please click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the EIGDAYHEATING newsletter email you received.

  • The product I want is out-of-stock, how can I order it?

    • EIGDAYHEATING is committed to providing well-made, affordable thermal clothing that makes it easy for everyone to stay warm. We have searched the globe for manufacturers and ultimately used top Chinese manufacturers to produce products that meet EIGDAYHEATING standards. If you know of an American manufacturer with superior performance, we'd love to check it out.

  • Where is the product made? Is this a US-made product?

    • EIGDAYHEATING is committed to providing well-made, affordable thermal clothing that makes it easy for everyone to stay warm. We have searched the globe for manufacturers and ultimately used top Chinese manufacturers to produce products that meet EIGDAYHEATING standards.
      If you know of an American manufacturer with superior performance, we'd love to check it out.

  • How do you recommend I dispose of the battery?

    • Check your local ordinances and follow their guidelines, which you can usually send to a recycling center.

  • Is my battery compatible with other chargers?

    • To maintain the safety and life span of the battery we suggest you only use the original Eigdayheating charger for your battery. If you need a replacement charger, you can find one here. Battery defects caused by unauthorized chargers will not be covered by warranty.

  • Is it normal for the battery to be draining when not in use?

    • Yes. The battery drains when it is not in use.

  • How long does the battery last?

    • A pair of fully-charged Gloves/Mittens batteries will last 2.5 hrs on high heating settings, 4 hours on medium, and 5 hours on low.
      Please be noted that the working hours vary with style. Please refer to the exact runtime of each product given on the product page.

  • How should I store my battery?

    • Here are some tips for storing battery: 1. The battery should not be stored over a longer period of time or uncharged. A recharge is necessary every 3-6 months, at the latest.
      2. Store the battery at a place with a low temperature above 0°C, while 5°C to 10°C is optimal. Charge the battery fully before storing.
      3. Because of self-discharge, please disconnect and remove the battery from the zipper pocket.

  • Is this battery safe to use?

    • All EIGDAYHEATING batteries use lithium-ion technology to provide a safe power experience. Our battery has been certified by the UL & CE to guarantee safe performance for daily use.

  • What’s the battery capacity of the heated clothes & accessories battery?

    • The battery has a capacity of 2200mAh. A fully-charged battery will last 4 hours on high, 5 hours on medium, or 6 hrs on low (The working hours vary with different costumes. Please refer to the exact runtime given on the product page).

  • Can I receive products purchased on EIGDAYHEATING where I am located?

    • If you are in another country/region, we can ship fast to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
      We will ship from our warehouse in mainland China, delivery times may vary from country to country/region depending on distance.
      Customers from other regions can contact our customer service at support@saviorheat.com to confirm that we can ship to your country/region.

  • Can I edit my order after it is shipped?

    • If you have not yet received a tracking number for your order, please send the address/size to support@saviorheat.com and our customer service team will assist you with the change.
      Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address/size for you.

  • Why does the tracking information page say the shipment is pending / error?

    • Tracking information may take a couple of days to update on the website. If multiple days have passed, please contact the appropriate carrier to file a case directly.

  • The size does not fit. Can I return and exchange it for the correct size?

    • Sure you can. We will gladly exchange all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition and package within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us: support@saviorheat.com

  • Do you have overnight delivery service?

    • Overnight delivery service is not available so far. The fastest shipping we have would take 5-7 days to deliver the package.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    • Once the order is placed, we will arrange for the shipment to be sent out in 1-2 business days.

  • I need this product by the end of the week (in 5 days, before my trip...). Is it possible if me to place the order today?

    • We cannot guarantee you'll receive your order in 5 days.
      Express shipping is 5-7 business days and is the fastest shipping method we offer.

  • Where will I receive my refund?

    • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Will I have to pay customs and import charges?

    • For all U.S. orders, we cover customs and import duties on orders up to $2,500.
      Please contact us prior to placing an order exceeding $2,500. Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.

  • When will my order arrive?

    • Generally, shipping time takes about 3-7 business days. For orders outside the US, it typically takes 5-10 business days.
      If you don’t receive your shipment after 10 days, please reach out to our customer service department at support@saviorheat.com.

  • Will I be charged sales tax, customs, and import charges?

    • Sales tax within the US is NOT included in our prices. You may be charged with sales tax according to your local tax rate. If you have a tax exemption certificate, please provide it to us and we will exempt the sales tax from your order.
      For customers outside the US, we cover all customs and import duties on orders valued up to $2,500. If the value of your order is more than $2,500, you will be responsible for any payable customs and import duties.
      For orders of less than $2,500, should you be asked to pay any customs and import duties, please keep proof of payment and contact our Customer Care team at support@saviorheat.com. We will arrange a refund of these charges where possible.
      Orders to the US over $800 may be subject to customs clearance which can cause a shipping delay.

  • I regret buying it. Can I get a full refund for the clothing?

    • Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can get a refund. First, return your unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be credited to your payment method.

  • How do I track my order?

    • After your order ships, you will receive the tracking information via email.
      You can also check the status of your shipment with your order number or tracking number here.

  • How are multiple items in the same order shipped?

    • ​If you order more than 1 item in one order, it is possible that they are separated into different parcels. Please be patient, and you should receive all the items within 5-7 business days.

  • Why was my package shipped from China?

    • We have multiple fulfillment centers in the US and other countries.
      The shipment of the order will be allocated based on the stock level, the shipping method, and the shipping locations to choose an optimal shipping route.

  • What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

    • As we aim to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and unfortunately, issues like this may occur.
      Please send a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received to support@saviorheat.com. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
